Prior to joining Team Trek Lelia spent more than 20 years in a leadership role for American Home Shield, formerly a division of ServiceMaster.
During her tenure Lelia led the Real Estate Sales Channel of which encompassed the leadership responsibilities of channel strategy development, execution and daily sales force management and accountability. Growing customer count was the primary objective. This was done through B2B partnerships with top real estate brands and B2B2C (business to business to customer) sales focus.
Lelia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Campbell University in Buies Creek, NC and Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga in Spokane, WA. Additionally, Lelia is a graduate of the Coach U Certified Coaching Program along with obtaining the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
