Laura Whitsitt
Master Coach

Prior to joining Team Trek, Laura spent 35 years in multiple leadership roles with Smith+Nephew, a global medical device company. She served most recently as Senior Vice President, Research & Development for the Orthopaedic business. She has extensive experience in talent management, succession planning, and organizational transformation. Throughout her time at Smith+Nephew, she found great reward in mentoring, coaching and developing leaders and high potential talent.  She has delivered leadership presentations at local and international conferences.

Laura holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Memphis. She lives in Memphis, Tennessee with her husband Bob and is very active in her community.
