Roger joined Team Trek as a Master Coach in 2022, bringing over 30 years of experience in sales and sales management with Buckman Laboratories. He retired from Buckman in 2021. Roger earned his BS in Chemistry from University of Central Arkansas.

Roger lives in Greenbrier, AR with his wife Michelle and two daughters — Shali (21) and Sofie (15).
